I really enjoy every moment I spend in your store on 115th Halsted however I am very disappointed because my last three visits, there has been no heat in the store. I can’t try on my clothes and the poor lady working was shivering and her most was very red. I was shocked that on the coldest day in Chicago (2 degrees); February 1st that the store was open if there’s no heat. I couldn’t shop in these conditions (3rd attempt) and am considering taking my business elsewhere.

i have spent over $630 in the past 4 months after getting my rewards card.And i was only rewarded 7 points and i they said it was 1 point every dollar spent that is the only upsetting thing about this new rewards card.

went to your store on 87th and the dan ryan on Saturday… Very disappointed … cashier asked for my phone number and i never got my points… went to another store on 115th and halsted and they are the ones who informed me. I feel it the cashier had of been concerned with the customers and not concerned with going home i would have gotten my points
