Mandatory site criteria:

1. At least 5,000 African Americans within a 1 mile radius and 25,000 within a 3 mile radius.

2. Approximately 3,000 square feet with at least 30 feet of frontage, will consider larger if the rent is low. Larger spaces will be considered if the rent is reasonable.

We will consider many types of real estate, including:

* Strip centers
* Urban "downtown" store fronts
* Existing free standing buildings
* Second generation or urban malls and strip centers

Site submittals should include:

1. Actual street address with zip code.
2. Site plan with tenant list.
3. Available space with dimensions.
4. Demographics /2000 census /1, 3 and 5 mile rings.

Preferred co-tenants include:

Grocery store, major discounter, shoe store, beauty supply,
rent-to-own business, nail salon, variety store, dollar store,
check cashing, etc.

We will only consider locations within our current trade areas...
